Mongoose Business Advisors, Managing Director is Dale Perry, an experienced businessman with over 35 years of successfully starting, buying, running and selling small and medium sized businesses.

Dale has a background in accountancy and behind the entrepreneur is just a commercially savvy “bean counter”.

From humble beginnings working at Smith Hodge & Baxter in Kettering, learning his trade, he was part of an MBO of a small graphic design agency in Wellingborough called Howard Richard Graphic in 2004.

With his fellow Board Directors, Dale grew “HRG” into a super successful creative marketing agency employing over 100 people and in 2014, the French global marketing group, Altavia bought HRG.

In addition Dale has run or been involved with, a successful Amazon online business, a ladies & gents hair salon, a small café, a local community charity, a property business, a logistics company, a Reflexology business and a B2B marketing agency.

He now wants to share that knowledge to help other entrepreneurs buy, sell, run and grow their own small businesses.
